This is a software that manages printing of documents in a batch.

Batch & Print Pro is for batching documents and getting them printed in a sequence that you want. The batch list could be retained as audit record. The tool will handle all documents that are printable through shell commands/ command line command. The documents types include PDF, MS Word, HTML, Text Files, Image formats, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and many more. Several useful features makes the job of printing a batch of files quite easy. These include print scheduling, directory monitoring, drag & drop of files for ease of use. You could save, load and append batch lists for later use. The batch list ordering can be changed, you could refresh it to include new files, pickup new files, etc.

The tool allows change of printer settings during a batch print job. Command line option allows automating printing from other applications. The batch print tool will insert separator pages between documents automatically. Separating out the printed copies then becomes very easy. It is able to determine number of pages in a PDF file. Lots of similar conveniences make this a nice and handy tool for heavy printing jobs. The interface is simple. Main display area is a list of files chosen; it is easy to create this list. The printer pop up tells you exactly what is going on; how many of the total documents got printed are indicated. Logs and reports as well as email notifications make sure you are aware of how the process is going. The process can also be run as a NT service.
